Job Summary

As an HR executive, your role encompasses various crucial functions within the human resources domain.

• Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and conducting interviews.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

• Coordinate orientation programs and provide necessary information about company policies and culture.

• Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, or grievances, fostering a positive work environment.

• Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members.

• Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to evaluate and enhance employee performance.

• Work with managers to establish goals, provide feedback, and develop performance improvement plans when necessary.

• Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.

• Understand the unique dynamics of the advertising industry and tailor HR strategies accordingly.

• Address queries related to benefits and assist employees with relevant processes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and documentation.

• Prepare reports on key HR metrics for management review.

• Act as a strategic partner to management, providing HR insights and recommendations.
